this is a tough one. when i talk to myself, i want to make sure i accept the way i am in my current state. but when i talk to another, i can readily say, "it's ok to want your nose back. think of the surgery as a restoration."

Even small changes do make big differences. I remember a cousin who secretly had her nose tweaked, but one look says it all. Keep your chin up though, not all differences are bad.
